Stored our things for 2 months, everything was fine and we retrieved them without a problem. The staff was super helpful and nice and they spoke good English. The price is OK, have found a cheaper place, but this one seemed more well-maintained. Be prepared to buy a lock for your locker, otherwise, it will be left open (although there are cameras everywhere). You can also purchase some carton boxes there if you need any.

Great options for storage, even if you are visiting other islands and wanna leave some stuff for a little bit. Not expensive.

Top shelf company located in the centre of Patong.  Impressively clean and neat. The manager, Inn, is a delight to deal with. Excellent English and suggestions transport and storage.

They charged us 200 baht for 3 bags (although one was a suitcase :]). We arrived at 1 pm and picked up at 3pm.

Their staff is very helpful and communicative. I thought the amount of space for the cost was a good deal, big enough for all my boxes and my motorbike. it was a good experience and I'd recommend them.

What can I say? Probably one of the few good things to come out of my experience in Thailand. After falling on hard times and having to go back to the UK penniless, I was stuck with how I would get my life in a suitcase safely back. The wonderful staff at this storage place couldn't have been more helpful with everything thoughout what was a very stressful situation. They kept my possessions safe and were very accommodating and helped me get them shipped back to the UK. 5 stars all round and I couldn't recommend them enough!

I needed a safe place where to store my extra luggage so I can travel around Thailand without it. I couldn't find a better place than MY SELF STORAGE. I can't recommend them enough. Imm who works in the office speaks awesome English and she helped me to find the best solution for my needs. They actually offer much more than just luggage storage and the length of the contract can be from couple of days to several months. If I ever need something to be stored in Phuket I'll definitely comeback here.

I cannot recommend MyStorage enough.  Customer service was outstanding and very accommodating.  I had a large shipment coming from overseas which was delayed several times due to customs issues.  As I needed to leave Phuket before the shipment was due to arrive, MyStorage was extremely helpful in accepting the shipment on my behalf and ensuring it was stored properly.  No need to look any further if you need to store items in Phuket.

Walking by and see my storage and thought that was handy as I needed one .
As soon as i entered i was welcomed by a great lady who spoke and understood english and nothing was an issue .

We stored a big suitcase here during a backpacking trip to northern Thailand. Very friendly and accommodating service, easy enrollment and reasonable prices.

I store my motorcycle there since 2018 , and before I stored my scooter ..  I feel relax when I go back France to leave my motorcycle in a place where she is 100% safe . This was important , especialy in the covid times .... All people who work there are really kind and do their best to help you .

My bigbike was stored at My Storage in Patong for 43 months without being able to come back. I found it exactly like I left it there in march 2018 when I came back in october 2021. You could eat on the floor inside the box because it is very very clean. I never got any problem for payment, the manager Khun Imm has been extremely hepful during this long wait and when I came back. she sent me to the office I had to pay the annual fees for taxes and insurance.With the new battery she ordered in line for me the engine started like if I had stopped it 5 mn before.  My friend had also his bigbike there and he was him who told me this was the best ever storage in Phuket. It's a very safe place. Khun Imm is a very reliable person and as she masters perfectly english everything is clear.
